    Great hotel with its fantastic spa, excellent dining, and friendly staff. They even helped me with my heavy baggage during my first visit. I'm excited to return for another great experience next year!

    the rooms are newly renovated and large, with a lounge, a separate lounge, and a safe box. very good service, the breakfast is extensive and delicious. besides, you can park your car onsite.

    Outdated room decor leaves much to be desired!!! Long shuttle wait times were frustrating during peak ski hours!!!

    i really enjoyed the exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location to ski lifts frequent. the breakfast served was extensive. the pool was lovely and i had soft drinks in the cigar bar.

    The indoor pool was amazing, and the spa area offered a great variety of saunas. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the dinner buffet and the variety of fresh dishes. Plus, the views from our balcony were just amazing!

    Great location ; a typical "hideaway of incomparable beauty and a true heaven of inspiration" .Friendly staff, great breakfast,large rooms with all facilities, comfortable bed, SPA with all up to date facilities,large golf court,..........a must visit hotel

    TV should be replaced with modern one, complementary water bottles should be provided for each night

    Clean hotel, services were IMPECCABLE and location was amazing and marvellous to the hills of Kitzbuhel. Location: the property was not far from the A-ROSA, public areas, and the main restaurant. Easily reached Restaurant Neuwirt, located within walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. The pool was great and I had complimentary drinks in the cigar bar.

    Absolute luxury comfort! 5 star!! Rooms are large and very nice! Paradise!!! Spa is fabulous! View is to die for!!! Buffet is the best in three months traveling! Can't wait to go back!!

    Lobby and fireplace were very nice when the fire was on. Skishop was enxellent, staff in there was very helpfull.

    Fire should be on all day when there are guests sitting in front of it, we waited 2 hours one day, because it will be on at noon, it is very inexpecive confort and warmness.

    It was a wonderful hotel. We had enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly. I had a little problem with my room and the hotel Manager was very helpful and solved my problem. I will certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to others!
